Refund Policy

We want every engagement to be fair and transparent. Because our work is delivered as professional services, professional service businesses typically do not provide refunds once work has commenced. Here is how we handle it.
01Strategy Services
Strategy and consulting time is non-refundable once delivered. The value lies in the analysis and recommendations provided, which cannot be returned.
02Marketing Services
Management fees cover the time and expertise applied to your campaigns and are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Advertising spend paid to platforms is controlled by those platforms and follows their own policies.
03Development Services
Development is billed against milestones. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project ends early, we will discuss any prepaid work that has not yet started.
04Product Sourcing Services
Sourcing fees cover supplier research, verification, and coordination. Once that work is underway it is non-refundable. Payments made to suppliers are subject to each supplier's own terms.
05Deposits, Milestones & Exceptions
- Deposits reserve our time and are applied to your first invoice
- Milestone payments are due as each stage is approved
- Completed work is non-refundable
- If something goes wrong, talk to us — we review exceptional circumstances case by case, fairly
