Terms of Service
Last updated · June 24, 2026
These terms explain the basis on which we provide our services. By engaging Voxizo, you agree to them. We keep them deliberately short and clear.
01Services
We provide performance marketing, website development, ecommerce consulting, and product sourcing services. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
02Client Responsibilities
Good results depend on a working partnership. To do our best work, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant timely access to the accounts and assets we need
- Respond to questions and approvals without undue delay
03Payments
Fees, schedules, and any deposits are set out in your proposal or agreement. Work begins once a required deposit is received, and invoices are due by the date stated on them.
04Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once payment is complete. Until then, deliverables remain ours. We may continue to use the underlying tools, know-how, and templates we apply across projects.
05Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work that gave rise to it.
06Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice, as described in the agreement. You remain responsible for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.
07Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith before pursuing other options.
